The Powell’s Valley Water District and Sewer Division has a before and after hours emergency only call center. Please call (606) 663-5870 for emergency calls only. This is only for true emergencies such as no water or low water pressure.  This call center cannot take payments or answer any questions concerning your account.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING WATER OUTAGE due to a water main break contact our office (606) 663-5870  immediately.  Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Our call center can assist you before 8:00 AM and after 3:00 PM.

Be prepared to give the following information;

1.  The customer name your account is in

2. The service address

3. The type of outage issue (ex: no water, low water pressure)

4.  Phone number
